This year's Show is scheduled for Saturday 31st

Please note, we have one Catering Contract. All hot and cold food on site will be under the license of the main contractor. Details are available from Lorna.  

The prices will be the same as last year (which have been unchanged for some time) and I hope you will take this opportunity to book with Lorna to join us on May 31st. 

Prices will be £3.00 per foot frontage (including side guys etc(20 feet in depth.  There is a minimum charge of £40.00. 
Again we are offering prizes for the Trade Stand considered the most attractive. There will be two prizes - one for large stands and one for small stands. 

If you wish to erect your Stand on the Friday evening before the Show, the Conveners will be on site and will direct you to your allocated position.  

For those of you running Tombolas: you will need to apply for a licence from Stirling Council and you must comply with their regulations. Specifically, the Police noted one year that alcohol was being distributed to minors as prizes. (Stirling Council, View forth, Stirling FK8 2ET. 01786 442881).
