Drymen Show Bake Off: Free Entry. Bring On The Day
Calling all budding bakers, whatever your age and wherever you're from.
Drymen Show is delighted to announce that this year's Bake will Rainbow Cake.
To enter, all you have to do is let us know you wish to bring a cake along by messaging our FaceBook page so we can make enough space for you, place your cake on a plate and stick a sealed envelope to the bottom with your name, address and mobile number and bring it along to the Rural tent before 9.30am. Any later and you'll need to leave it at the door as the Rural judging will have started.
Entries will be openly judged by the SWI ladies from the Perth and Kinross Association at 2.00pm.
This year we are delighted to announce again that our Bake Off has been sponsored by Mrs June McEwan who has kindly donated a trophy.
Drymen Show Flower Arrangement Class: Free Entry. Bring On The Day
With the success of our Bake Off we wanted to offer another class where members of the public could enter on the day of the show and have their craft judged by members of the WRI.
We've therefore decided to run a Flower Arrangement class with this year's arrangement being an Arrangement In A Teapot.
We're really looking forward to see what fantastic skills you have in this area.
To enter, all you have to do is bring your Teapot Flower Arrangement to the Rural Tent on Sat May 28th before 9.30am with a sealed envelope containing your name, address and a contact number stuck to the bottom of the Teapot. Any later and you'll have to leave your arrangement at the door.

Dog Classes: Enter On The Day
CALLING ALL DOG LOVERS!
Dogs are more than welcome at Drymen Show.
All we ask is that they are kept on a lead and you Scoop Any Poops!
You are also welcome to enter our Dog Classes on the day.
Entries start from 11am with classes taking place from 1pm which include;
- Puppy, any variety
- Sporting Dog or Bitch, any variety
- Non-Sporting Dog or Bitch, any variety
- Open Class - Dog Or Bitch, any variety
- Junior Handling
There is also a Dog Obedience class for any dogs that have never won an obedience or road safety competition before. The dog must be on the lead at all times throughout the test and will involve heelwork, recall to front, recall to heel, sit and stay for 30seconds and down stay for 1 minute.
Get practicing and we look forward to seeing you on the day
W.R.I. Classes
Drymen Show is delighted to host the SWRIs of Balfron, Buchlyvie, Croftamie, Drymen and Gartocharn in our Rural Tent where you can see a vast array of fabulous baking and crafts being shown and competed.
This year we are delighted to have the children's classes again which are free to enter for any child who has a member of the family as a member of the above SWRIs.
The classes this year are
50. Wild flowers in a mug - Preschool children
51. Decorated stone – Children aged 5-7 years old only
52. Upcycled plastic bottle – Children aged 8-12 years old only
All entries must be in the tent by 9.30am for judging upon which the tent will be open to the public again at 1pm with the presentation of prizes at 3.00pm followed by a raffle.

School and Nursery Classes
Every year Drymen Show helps celebrate the creative work of our local nursery and school children by running our Schools Competition and then displaying all entries in our School's Tent.
The following nurseries and schools have been invited to join in.
If your's is not included however, please message us and we will pass your comments on to our Schools Convenor.

We also have a class where the winner get's their picture of Drymen Show on the front of next year's programme and a Working Together class where schools can submit a piece of work made by a group of pupils.

Walking Stick Classes: Enter On The Day
We're delighted to welcome West Calder Stick Makers Club to this year's show who will be hosting our first walking stick competition.
Entries are £1.00 and sticks can be entered on the day.
There are 8 classes with 1st, 2nd and 3rd rosettes awarded alongside an overall Reserve and Champion.
