As BSJA ringside parking is limited we are offering visitors to the chance to purchase tickets in advance.  Please send payment to Carol Bennie, who will mail a car pass, entitling you to park ringside, nearer the time of the show.

No Main Ring Parking Available.

 

Light Horse/B.S.J.A/Agricutural

 

Owners are requested not to leave their animals unattended at any time in the lorry parks.

Please inform a steward if your discover any loose animals.

 

Dogs

 

You are welcome to bring you dog with you to the show, however please keep it on a short lead and under control at all times.

 

Prize Money

 

Agricultural Vouchers will be exchanged at the Treasure's tent from 12 Noon.

 

Light Horse/B.S.J.A vouchers will be exchanged from Fiona's Red Bus from 12 Noon.

 

ALL PRIZE MONEY NOT CLAIMED ON SHOW DAY WILL BE FORFEITED.

 

Members Bar

 

Open to society Members only.

 

 

 

First Aid/Fire

 

The Society's Medical Officer is on site all day, ther are also members of the British Red Cross in attendance.

 

A Fire Extingusher is held in every tent on the show field.

 

Any emergency should be reported to the Secretary's tent either directly or via one of the marked radio points.

 

Public Safety

 

The Commitee ask in the interest of safety the you co-operate promptly with the requests of Show Officals & Stewards.
