Car Parking
Parking your car in the car park is Free.
Anyone issued with a car pass to park within the main showground must enter by 10am.
Disabled parking is available. Blue badges must be shown on entering show field. Please follow instructions where to park.

E-Passes
We have moved to e-passes for a few areas of the show this year including craft stands, trade stands and sponsors with the hope we can enable pre show on line tickets for visitors to purchase next year. Below are details if you have received e-passes this year.

If you are unable to attend you can give your ticket to someone else, but it can only be used once as it's allocated against you / your company.

E-Passes have also been issued in line with the trade and craft stand and sponsorship regulations.
Where one person has organised passes for several persons, all the e-passes will be issued to that person as individual emails to help if you need to forward them onto other people.

- click into the pdf at the bottom of the email to open up your e-pass

- Sponsor - 1 person - you will need to show your ticket also when you enter the hospitality tent, sign in and receive your sponsorship badge.
- Vehicle - 1 person and 1 vehicle
- Adult - 1 person 18+
- Junior - 13 to 17
- Family - 2 adult and 2 junior

Dogs
Dogs are welcome provided they are kept on a lead at all times. Please also scoop any poops.
Photography
In line with data protection and child protection procedures we are obliged to inform you that Strathendrick Agricultural Society use the services of reputable photographers.
By attending and entering any competition organised by Strathendrick Agricultural Society you agree to your photograph being taken.
The details of any attending photographer may be obtained from the secretary prior to the event.
Safety
Your safety is of upmost importance to us. Please ensure you have read the following points.
General:
- If you are exhibiting/competing please do not leave any animals unattended in the lorry park.
- If you come across a loose animal please inform a steward immediately.
- There are fire extinguishers available in every tent on the Show day.
- There are first aid boxes available in the Secretary's Tent.
- There will be a Medical Officer on site throughout the Show day as well an Ambulance and members of the Trossachs Search and Rescue attendance.
- To ensure the safety of all visitors we ask that you co-operate promptly with the requests of the show officials and stewards.
* Any emergency should be reported to the secretary's tent either directly or via an official who can be recognised by their Society Badge *
